Carlin G. Conner , Chief Executive Officer


Carlin G. Conner became president and chief executive officer of SemGroup in April 2014 and began driving a strategy toward focused growth and long-term value creation. Prior to joining SemGroup, Mr. Conner was managing director of Oiltanking GmbH, an independent worldwide storage provider of crude oil, refined petroleum products, liquid chemicals and gases. During his nearly 14 years with the German company, Mr. Conner focused on international business development while serving in various leadership roles at Oiltanking subsidiaries and ventures, including chairman of Oiltanking Partners, L.P. (NYSE: OILT) following its initial public offering.

As an executive board member of Marquard & Bahls, Mr. Conner was instrumental in defining a new strategy for the energy supply, trading and logistics business across Europe, the Americas, Asia and Africa. Mr. Conner began his career at GATX Terminals Corporation serving in various roles including operations and commercial management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental science from McNeese State University, where he was also named 2016 Distinguished Alumnus of the Year. In addition, he completed INSEAD and MCE executive management training in France and Belgium, respectively.

Robert N. Fitzgerald , Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer


Robert N. Fitzgerald joined SemGroup in November 2009 and serves as senior vice president and chief financial officer. Prior to joining SemGroup, Mr. Fitzgerald served as chief financial officer from February 2008 to November 2009 of Windsor Energy Group, a private independent oil and gas exploration and development company. He has also served in senior financial and operating roles in commodity transportation and telecommunication companies. Mr. Fitzgerald was with BP Amoco and Amoco Corporation for 20 years, working in various financial and operations positions in Tulsa, Oklahoma; Houston, Texas; Denver, Colorado; and Chicago, Illinois.

Mr. Fitzgerald received a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Tulsa and a bachelor of business administration degree from Western Illinois University. He is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Institute of Management Accountants and the Institute of Internal Auditors. He is a certified public accountant.

David Gosse , Executive Vice President Canadian Operations & Commercial


David (Dave) Gosse serves as the Executive Vice President of Canadian Operations and Commercial for SemGroup and President of SemCAMS Midstream ULC. Dave is responsible for overseeing all SemGroup’s operations and commercial activities in Canada. Operations activities include sweet and sour gas and liquids pipelines and processing facilities, and other associated infrastructure. Commercial activities include asset commercialization, business development as well as commercial strategy and execution. Dave has more than 25 years of experience in the energy and chemicals industry, and joined SemCAMS in 2011 as the vice president of operations. Prior to that he served in various senior leadership roles in engineering and operations at Marsulex, and Nexen. Dave holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Lakehead University, an MBA from Athabasca University and is a professional engineer registered with APEGA.

Susan Lindberg , Vice President and General Counsel


Susan Lindberg joined SemGroup in June 2017 and serves as vice president and general counsel. Ms. Lindberg has 25 years of energy industry experience with extensive expertise in corporate governance, complex transactions, energy regulation and strategy development. Prior to SemGroup, she served as general counsel and corporate secretary for Eni US Operating Co. Inc. Ms. Lindberg joined Eni, a major integrated energy company based in Italy, in 2006.

Before Eni, Ms. Lindberg was assistant general counsel at Duke Energy Corp. Previously, she was with Enron Corp., where she joined the company as Senior Counsel for Enron Transportation Services and later became a director of government affairs. Ms. Lindberg began her career as an associate in the energy section of law firm Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld, LLP after earning her juris doctorate from the University of Texas School of Law.

David Minielly , Executive Vice President U.S. Operations


David Minielly serves as the Executive Vice President of SemGroup’s U.S. Operations and is responsible for overseeing all of the company’s U.S. storage facilities and terminals, gas pipelines and processing plants, liquid pipelines and trucking operations. In addition, David works closely with SemGroup’s commercial teams on strategic direction and commercial execution. David has 25 years of experience in the energy industry and joined SemGroup in 2010 as vice president of operations. Prior to that, he worked at Sunoco Logistics where he served in various senior leadership roles within operations, M&A and EH&S. David holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University and a master’s degree in environmental science from Oklahoma State University.

Shaun Revere , Executive Vice President U.S. Commercial


Shaun Revere serves as the Executive Vice President of U.S. Commercial for SemGroup and is responsible for overseeing all commercial activities in the United States including asset commercialization, business development and marketing as well as commercial strategy and execution. He works in close coordination with SemGroup’s U.S. Operations leadership. Shaun has more than 25 years of experience in the midstream industry in various commercial and operations roles at GATX Terminals, Oiltanking and Mabanaft. Most recently, he served as chief executive officer of the Houston Fuel Oil Terminal Company from 2012 to 2018, including during SemGroup’s 2017 acquisition. Shaun holds an MBA from Rice University and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
